Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. RP77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. The applicable fee and notice period will be communicated prior to deduction.

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, RP77 requires Users to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and at any other time we determine appropriate.

RP77 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.
